Job Overview

As an AI Corporate Trainer, you will design and conduct engaging training sessions that help organizations understand, adopt, and implement AI technologies to improve efficiency, decision-making, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Corporate AI Training: Deliver live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars covering AI fundamentals, machine learning, automation, and AI-driven business solutions.
- Curriculum Design: Create and update AI training materials tailored to different industries, experience levels, and organizational goals.
- AI Workflow Integration: Guide businesses on integrating AI tools into existing processes to enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making.
- Customized Learning Programs: Develop industry-specific learning paths, including hands-on exercises, real-world case studies, and practical demonstrations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executives, managers, IT teams, and business leaders to identify training needs and deliver targeted AI education.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Education, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Demonstrated experience delivering corporate or enterprise-level AI training.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to explain complex AI concepts in a clear, business-focused manner.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, TensorFlow, automation software, or enterprise AI solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience training executives, leadership teams, and technical staff on AI strategy and adoption.
- Background in instructional design or corporate learning and development.
- Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI implementation.
- Knowledge of AI applications across industries including finance, healthcare, marketing, and operations.
- Experience developing online courses, e-learning content, or blended learning programs.
